Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.

9. Miscellaneous

9.1 Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Behaviorly regarding your use of the Website and Services and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral.

9.2 Severability If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
